Jonathan O. Reed is the Managing Partner and founder of the firm. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, grew up in Decatur, Georgia, and earned a business degree from the University of West Georgia in 2003. His path into injury law is what makes his perspective rare.

For roughly five years, Mr. Reed worked as a Senior Claims Representative at a major insurance company. He sat on the side of the table that evaluates injury claims and looks for reasons to pay less. He learned how adjusters build a file, why the first offer arrives so fast, and how a single sentence in a recorded statement can shrink what a person recovers.
